The absolute worst nightmare

This printer has been the worse piece of equipment I have purchased in the last 18 years of working from home. I will be calling HP tomorrow to see if they have any solutions.

The setup is easy, although not your typical computer-related setup. You have to use the app. If you are at all familiar with a smartphone then setup is a snap. After setup you can print from any computer or phone super easy. Copies are also super easy; just like a regular copier (only a little slower). I have not used the scanner so I cannot comment on that function.
