Easy to set up. Very nice at home printer. It is a nice size and will fit most anywhere.

I knew I would like this thing but after using it for two weeks, I love it. The setup is easy, although not your typical computer-related setup. You have to use the app. If you are at all familiar with a smartphone then setup is a snap. After setup you can print from any computer or phone super easy. Copies are also super easy; just like a regular copier (only a little slower). I have not used the scanner so I cannot comment on that function.

Once in awhile I have a problem trying to print but of course I haven’t had it that long. Once I get to knowing how to use it I will be ok.

I bought this for my elderly father's use. It was easy to set up and immediately was available for printing. A little difficult to find the on/off button (located on the back and not highlighted).

So far so good!! Great colored copies and was very easy to start up. Tutorial was perfect

Set up directions were hard for me to follow. I had to delete and star over to get it to work correctly. The problem was with the scan function not being operational while the print function was operational.

This is the best printer! My first experience with a wireless printer and I love it!!! The price was perfect, too!

On time delivery. Easy to install the ink cartridges. Size is just right, doesn't occupy too much space on my table. Nice and presentable color of the machine. I ordered paper for pictures and haven’t tried using paper and the machine to print pictures

Not the easiest to set up and keep it running. Had to call customer service three times. Bought it three weeks ago and have spent 6 hours in chats or phone calls H.P. First person couldn't figure out connection problem and just gave up and gave me a 1 800 number to call that never answered. 2nd person couldn't figure out why it kept disconnecting and I had to keep shutting it off and on to make it work. Got disconnected from him and no return call from him or supervisor. 3rd person, I believe fixed it. Time will tell. I would have brought it back to Best Buy but it was passed the 2 weeks. It copies fine and scans well but has connection problems. Would not buy it again.

It was the best the decision I made in buying this smart printer and scanner.
