    I purchased it my old hp printer the model was not made any longer and thought this one was a great deal, read all instructions and I can't even shut down the printer, everything is white and can't see the what the buttons are for. A total mess my fault for choosing this model.....

    best but salesman recommended; with geek squad assistance, found out printing problem was the need for more ink! But I still need to find out how to scan.

    Better than I thought it would be. Originally used Epson but their quality has seriously deteriorated. Glad I switched to HP. Quick printing.
