I found this printer to be difficult setting up. I finally got help from a Best Buy geek. Now it's working perfecctly!

My old printer just stopped working with my network randomly and since working from home I need to print items daily. Ordered this smart printer and it works great. I love the print to printer email function from anywhere. Unfortunately my job laptop is restricted so I can’t download the app for easy use. However sending to the printer’s email allows me to print.

Overall it’s a good printer for the price and it has useful features as well. The only complaint I have is that it occasionally disconnects from the internet which is slightly inconvenient.

Just received my printer. I am amazed with the ease of set-up! I actually just returned a printer from another company bc the set up was so difficult. Took me 2 days and still couldn't connect! But this?? I was printing within 15 minutes of un-boxing my printer! Hooray for me! And huge thanks to HP for being the easiest wireless set-up ever!

Nice printer for the price. Quick connection to wifi. However having trouble connecting wirelessly to my dell desk top and trying to print something through chrome. Otherwise it’s a good buy.

We wanted to buy a lower end printer since we are empty nesters…. This was a huge mistake. First, be careful with the free ink program. We cancelled since we do not print much and learned for the first time, after talking with tech support, that the cartridges in the free ink program will no longer work…. That’s right, I ended up going to Wal Mart and bought inexpensive cartridges. Secondly, it went offline twice and had to contact customer support again. Calls were both over 45 minutes and the fixes were different. I pulled it from the last support tech that this low end model can be controlled on from the lousy app on the desktop since it doesn’t have a built is screen. I may junk the thing after 10 months…

We've had this for almost 2 years. When the printer works, it works well. It has double-sided printing, easy copying and scanning, etc. The problem is that the printer frequently uninstalls itself. Frequently. So, every other month I'm re-installing the irritating thing. I use their HP Smart app. but it's still an issue. We also go through ink like crazy. We're a homeschool family. I probably spend $300/year on ink cartridges. We're looking into Epson Eco Tanks instead.

This printer is super slick looking and easy to set up. The only reasons why I left a star off was because it does not auto shut off or auto turn on. And the on/off switch is in the back of the printer.

This is a great wireless printer for the price and easy to use.
