I am not much for change and there were a lot of differences. It has performed great and is smaller than a lot of printers on the market now so does not take up so much room on my desk. Works perfect for what I need.

Our Best Buy salesperson guided us to this printer. The quality of printing has been top notch. The installation instructions left a little to be desired. We did have one problem that the Geeek Squad had us uninstall the printer and reinstall. Since then we have had no issues.

The only slightly trickier aspect was changing the ink cartridges (not initially, but changing them out once they’re empty).
