Our Best Buy salesperson guided us to this printer. The quality of printing has been top notch. The installation instructions left a little to be desired. We did have one problem that the Geeek Squad had us uninstall the printer and reinstall. Since then we have had no issues.

Used lightly, not even weekly, never moved from printer stand. Signed up for "Instant Ink" to make sure there were no "counterfeit ink cartridge" problems. By January, this printer suddenly could not print, scan, photocopy, or even generate a status report. I have now spent WEEKS troubleshooting, using the vicious cycle of supposed online support, looking for help on YouTube, BestBuy won't help b/c it's HP's problem since it is still under warranty, but there's no way to contact a live person or get any help at all from HP... I am SO SO SO FRUSTRATED!!! It's now Feb and still no end in sight to this problem. Will NEVER BUT HP AGAIN... spreading the word at work and on Social Media... If you don't want endless frustration and worthless fake warranty with no means of resolution, don't buy HP!!!! Next stop is BBB.
