Great Basic Printer

I love the smart printer functions - it keeps track of how much ink you've used and sends you a new pack whenever you get a little bit low. Super easy to use with an iPad and computer. It's light and made of thinner plastic so it's not an official office printer but great for at home use and even small business.

I am going to try to return this after almost a year as every single time I go to use it I have to UNPLUG IT - RESTART MY COMPUTER - SEE IF IT CONNECTS - IF NOT - CALL A PHONE NUMBER IN INDIA - TALK WITH REPS FOR A HALF HOUR to an hour - determine which color of light means what - and THEN - AND THEN - I might get to print something..... And this is a SMART PRINTER?? NEVER buying an HP again.

Backed up with HP support and price, this is a great printer. Best Buy is very competitive and curbside service proved to be an added plus. Had a bigger HP computer that finally died out and knew I had to go back to HP after years of service.

Not for me...I got it connected both to my laptop and phone app easily but the prints coming out incomplete and jaming...id have to reset and realgn multiple times. Took it back.
