Went through two Geek squad people and still didn’t complete set up. Plus, at one point HP wanted to have me sign up to get ink cartridges and left no option to decline. We are returning printer to Best Buy and hope we will not be billed for their ink cartridge replacements.

But once we cancelled out HP instant ink care its like the company sent a virus to the printer. I have spent 4 hours now trying to troubleshoot this printer and still keep getting an error. I should have known to buy insurance for this.

Glad I stuck with HP

I had it with my other printer and was getting the same low quality until I switched and as soon as I switched out the color cartridge on this one the quality went way up. Other then that it has been great and I love that it is intuitive of what I am doing and shows scanning options when you lift the lid. Scans have been very clear and it is pretty quick even on "Best" settings.
