But we got it to work. It holds lots of paper, which is so convenient. There are a few things that could use some design modifications on. One is to put the on/off switch more conveniently placed, second is to label the command buttons so you can easily push the correct ones. Now I have to research how to find out why there is a line on my copy when I print. I really prefer instruction manuals with electronics. Thank goodness my new car came with one

Never again will I have to deal with turning on a PC or laptop and plugging it into the printer. With this printer, things are just way more efficient and less time consuming now!

I watched YouTube videos to see which one is the best and this was the one people recommend it. Although sometimes the paper does get jammed but it is easy to open the printer and remove the paper.

It is very excellent for home use. I would not buy for a business because It only print a limited number of sheets at a time; and, ink goes out too fast before you can print a large number of copies.

It is compact and sturdy and gets the job done quickly. Double sided printing, wireless, scanner - everything I need. There is not an owner's manual but a web link that helps with set up. Great printer for the low price.

However, I could not get it to print on the wireless network from my computer. Had to spend an additional $40 for a USB cable (which should have been included with the printer) in order for printing to work. The online help fro HP was almost useless. I also had to replace the black ink cartridge that came with the printer after about 50 pages, which was totally unacceptable.

I bought as a second work printer for different location. I almost like it as much as my Dell. Fast printer and love the fact you can cannot wirelessly or can directly attach to laptop if you buy a cord to do so. Definitely worth the money
