Outstanding print quality at a low price. Only 4 stars since the cartridges they give you to start don’t last very long.

It does the job. Hope it last as long as my last HP printer.

I bought this printer because it was relatively inexpensive; I don't do much printing. It was billed as easy-peasy to set up, just plug it in; IF you have problems, just go to "hp123". Well, after a long time on hp123 getting nowhere, I called customer service. Just like a lot of "customer service", I was on the phone with someone with English as their second(at least) language speaking very quickly with a background sounding like a boiler room in the Phillipines. After about an HOUR (seemed like a lot more), the printer printed. Of course the next time I went to use it, it would not print. It copies great, but printing NO. Besides the purchase itself, my biggest mistake was throwing out the box it came in.

This is my second printer and I could not get the first one to work....this one is working great!! I am now able to get my printing done without having to ask someone else to print for me. Love my printer. I would appreciate an instruction book with these items .

The printer works well. I like that it is remotely activated.

Thanks to HP software, I finally have a printer that works from every digital device in my home! It was, without doubt, the easiest printer I have ever had to connect to home wireless system and devices. Kudos to HP in that category. The downside(s) to this printer --- well, any printer for that matter, because this is how they make their money --- is that it goes through ink cartridges quickly. No options in the software that I can see to change that (draft copy vs normal).

I had a friend put it together and it prints out very clear pages. The color is very vivid too. Definitly recommend.

I have not gotten the scanner to work every time I try to bring up the app that they recommend to use on your computer to scan something I get an error on the computer and have to unplug it.

Good printer. Hard set up. I don’t know why everything is hard to set up. Why you just can’t plug it in and work. I like that it colors that tell you if working or not.

What a great printer. Best bang for your buck! If you need a versatile printer that can handle it all, while being able to print remotely and all for a great price. Then look no further this is the printer for you. You will not be disappointed

I’ve had no problems with this printer. It was inexpensive, easy to install and has been printing all my papers with no issues. I’ve printed from my desktop, my laptop and my phone. I’ve also used the scanner function with no problems. I definitely recommend.

Good printer but for some reason it has trouble staying connected to WiFi.
