Decent printer. I’m sure there’s better but this works good for the price. No complaints

Excellent printer. Does everything I need it to do

This was bought as a gift for my daughter. She loves it!

A very good product but a little shakey on the wifi signal connection

Printer is very easy to set up and is working well for me. I have a grandson doing zoom school and it fulfills his needs

HP printer is difficult to set up and difficult to use. I wish I had bought a different brand. It wasn’t a cheap printer either.

For a personal printer it is WORKS GREAT and very convenient.

Giving 4 stars and not 5 because of the installation. Should be a seamless process, the printer installed quickly but I had quite a bit of troubleshooting to get the test page to print. Turns out it was something within the settings that kept defaulting back to original. With a little help from the virtual assistant and some google searching I figured it out. Once installed and printing it works well for my needs; home office with minimal printing required.

Works as advertised. Have to get used to new button choices.

Simple setup. Works great so far! I did my research on printers and prices and found this one I liked. Best Buy had the best price. Ordered on line then picked up at the store.

This is an excellent printer at s reasonable price.

So far a nice little printer. It’s now super fast but fast enough for my minimal printing needs.

Easy and fast to use. Don’t like the start button on the back. I wish the starting button was in the front.

Bought for my son in dorm. Small enough to fit on dorm room desk and works great. Ink has been a bit hard to find

This product only works with HP Subscription cartridges. Do not buy if you expect to use store-bought ink cartridges. There is no explicit disclosure about cartridge requirements anywhere on the Best Buy website or on the printer's packaging, and HP provides no help. HP sent me 'replacement cartridges' that only work with an active subscription. I am being forced into a monthly subscription in order to use my printer. I would strongly recommend looking at other brands unless you are comfortable paying a monthly fee to use your printer. Unfortunately, Best Buy wasn't able to resolve my issues either.

Greatly disappointed with this printer. It worked well for approximately 3 months and after that I encountered a multitude of issues. I was on the phone with HP support for over 2 hours at one point and no one could find a solution.

The function buttons are the same color as the printer, and are hard to read. I thought the on/off button was one of the function buttons, and could not locate it, so the printer stayed on for a couple days. I called the Geek Squad and they could not help me. When I found the manual, it stated the on/off button was hidden in the back of the printer. Once I figured that out, all is well.

Good printer i like it , easy to use I recommend it 100%
