Bought this as a gift for my mom...shes in a doctorate program so she is constantly printing and this printer does exactly what she needs when she needs it done...also has fast Bluetooth printing from phone

The printer works as expected. We wanted a compact printer that would fit on a shelf, and this definitely fits the bill. It's slow as we expected, but at the same time it's quiet enough. The lack of a display makes the mobile app mandatory for any maintenance, unless you can mentally decode a series of color patterns for the tiny LEDs it has. As with every printer, the initial ink cartridges do not last long, so if you're planning on printing more than 40 pages please purchase a pair of color + B&W cartridges. The scanner had great color fidelity, and it doubles as a calibration source to align the headers. There is a blinking effect when you're placing the page, but I couldn't see anything wrong with it.

Good printer, does the job especially for typical black and white and colored printing.

Printer was installed by Geek squad very quickly. For some reason two days later printer did not work. After spending two hours on the phone with a video chat with an HP representative from the Phillipines, we got it to function properly. We removed previous driver (which came with machine) and installed a new one that solved the problem.

I have terrible luck with printers over the years. This printer broke that cycle. I can print anywhere in the house print from our phones. Easy to set up. Great printer nfor the money.

Good quality printing- I would give it 5 stars but the set up is not as easy as it should be.

It is easy to use and much lighter than my old hp printer. It prints clean and crisp copies.

I’m so happy with this printer. I don’t need anything fancy and it works with no problems. I’m not a tech kind of person and set up was super easy. Bought it over a month ago and still using the ink it came with.

This is genuinely one of the worst products ive ever had to deal with. To even use the printer you have to HAVE to have a subscription or they wont let you use it. Second if anything ever goes wrong eith the peinter the website is horrible to use and it is inpossible to talk to a real person. Third and most important the printer set up is a nightmare and has more issues then you can imagine every time you turn it on.

Printer is low-profile and compact but does a nice job. Quick but a little noisy. Ink is pricey.

Doesn’t connect to WiFi, doesn’t print well, nothing but problems l, very disappointed

Nice Printer. Easy to set-up. Still a little on the bulky side, but overall very pleased.

It is supposed to be Wi-Fi well it does not work with my lab top veryunhapp

I am in love with my printer. Set up was a little tricky (probably due to me not reading things right), but once I set it up it was great. Love the wireless printing capability.

For HP, the quality and predictability is lacking. Would not recommend this device for home use.

Easy set up and great quality prints. Replaced an older HP and this has all I needed and more. Wireless printing has been great for the whole family. No longer have to wait for your turn to print.

Easy set up and great copy quality. Paper loading is simple and has ample paper quantity. Easiest print cartridge install. i installed in less than 3 minutes and that includes removal from box.
