Lack of a screen to provide operational guidance is a drawback, for which an array of flashing colored lights does little to compensate. Unit, especially the lid, is made of surprisingly flimsy plastic -- far less sturdy than my previous HP printer.

Without the touchscreen display, when you're pairing this printer to Wi-Fi, it's a hassle. Hint: Press the pairing button on the modem Wi-Fi router and printer Wi-Fi button at the same time. Every other installation steps on this printer is easy once you get past the Wi-Fi pairing process.

Runs through wifi easily and we have printed a massive amount of pages via our cellphones with no issues.

Later it was very easy to hook it up to iPhone & iPad. I prefer my last printer where I could operate everything from the printer itself. My next printer will not be an HP.
