Basically, it kept asking for a non-existent pin number to proceed with set-up. Would not connect to wifi, would not connect with cable. Took it back.

Easy set up and good to excellent quality print. My WiFi went down and it took me awhile to set it back up but eventually I was able to print again.

|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed a replacement for an older model HP all-in-one and the Envy 6055 seemed to fit the bill without incorporating too much fluff or unnecessary functions we do not need. We don’t do a huge amount of printing in our house, but we certainly like having the ability to do so on demand and easily. The Envy 6055 certainly delivers on both accounts and was extremely easy to setup out of the box printing the first test page within 10 minutes. At first, I was hesitant to use a printer without a visual screen for options, but I quickly moved past that when I started using the Smart Print app and saw how well developed it is. I think the app also deserves a rating because of the features integrated within it, like a scan function using the camera on your phone and the ability to print docs or photos direct from your phone as well. The printer has a small footprint which is great for the desk we use and it also has some cool LED lighting which give it a sleek look. The touch pad is seated on the right side of the tray which doesn’t immediately jump out at you, but once you see it and use it the simplicity of the layout makes sense. I did not setup the ink service at first but after a couple uses, I realize this was a mistake since the included cartridges are limited in capacity. Not having to worry about going out to pick up ink is certainly a nicety that I can get onboard with especially when I don’t have to guess when a cartridge is going to flatline on me! Overall, we are happy with this printer and the features and quality we get on our print jobs, we also thoroughly enjoy the Smart Print App as it brings the functionality of the printer to an intuitive interface on your phone!

It crapped out on me right after my return window closed.
