My old HP printer died and I needed one ASAP. Made the mistake of buying this printer in a hurry without doing the necessary research. You need to install an app that collects a lot of data about you, and then connect the printer with WiFi. Junk. After downloading their app and registering (required), you need to connect the printer using the app. OK, several more minutes of wasted time. “Printer not recognized.” Luckily I had the correct USB cable (not included) to hardwire it. That worked. Eventually. Installing the ink was a pain and alignment even worse of one. Getting MS Word and Adobe to recognize the printer was another task. So, it prints. Slowly. And there’s a blue light emanating from it that never goes off. Aliens in the home office. OK in an emergency but look elsewhere if you need more than an on the spot purchase to get you through the day. Avoid!!!
