The bad thing about this printer is every time I want to print something I have to unplug it & plug back in because it won`t respond. I`ve tried everything & nothing seems to help.

Don't really print much any more but needed a new one for daughter's achool work. Works wirelessly as well as usb connection! Would give it a 5 but the instructions are kind of limited setting it up wirelessly. Great buy from Bestbuy as always! Great customer service and all!!!

The only other printer at best buy was $100.00 more expensive. I settled for a very basic printer. It prints well, but that's about it

It was a difficult decision because they are so different now and can do so much more, can connect to WIFI, etc. The salesperson was great, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He assisted me in choosing a printer that was affordable and met my needs, explained how to set it up to print from my phone as well as computer, wireless, etc. It was a very positive experience and I am very pleased with my new printer.
