Purchased on-line and picked up easily in the parking lot of store. Very easy to program and sync with my laptop and with my i-Phone.

Printer seems to work ok, but the installation is a nightmare. It took 4 hours with HP reps to finally get it up and running. Last HP printer I will buy.

It turned out to be incompatible with my computer. I wish the salesman would have schooled me more on it to make sure that it was compatible. It's too much of a hassle to return it.

Once it is set up, it works fine. However, setting it up even for a person somewhat tech savvy is very challenging and time consuming. My previous HP was a gem and lasted years. I wish I still had it. Newer is not better.

I purchased this printer for the home office. But for the price I got a printer that does more that what I expected.

Still haven’t figured out how to make it work properly

The printer is still working about the half the time. The black ink cartridge that came with the printer did not work so we were sent another one. I can’t seem to get the power switch to work so I just unplug it and plug it back in which seems to correct the Computer off line error message we get about 50% of the time. It then prints whatever is in the que. At least this HP computer connects to WiFi. Our last one never connected and then we were just abandoned by HP because our warranty ran out. As long as we keep figuring out how to deal with all the lights that are blinking we should be fine.

Absolute junk. Worst printer ever. Wouldn’t connect to any of my computers.
