If you don’t keep the HP auto ship ink the printer rarely works correctly. Every time I’ve purchased ink since canceling the auto ship, when I install the new cartridge, the printer says ink is low and won’t print. Just to name a few issues.

ZERO instructions

There are zero instructions that come with this printer. They want you to download an app and go from there. It would not stay connected to wifi. It would connect, I’d print from phone, computers and it would be fine. Fifteen minutes later it was offline and would not reconnect. Every light on it would flash. I eventually got it to reset, though I’m not sure how. Got it connected to wifi again...same thing happened again. I tried to get assistance from hp, the geek squad...which were both awful. We returned this printer. Don’t buy this printer.

So far, so good. It has a very attractive appearance and is not so big a bulky looking, but still gets the job done. HP ink is way to expensive!

Couldn't get it to connect to my wifi. Called Best Buy Total Tech support-4 hours and USB cable later, permanent paper door open msg. Ordered a Canon printer and returned this beautiful but worthless HP printer back for a full refund. My bad for not reading the reviews before purchase.

Really easy to use love the Bluetooth option to print stuff from your phone! The only thing that we didn’t think about when we purchased this product is that if you need to scan or print lots of documents, you’ll have to stay by the printer/scanner and turn the pages yourself. Not a huge issue for us since we don’t really scan many documents. Super easy to use and quality of color is excellent!
