He said that it was compatable with 8.5 x 14 size paper and its not. He said that it would also scan but for the life of me I cant figure that out either

Freezes two inches down the page and just sits there. I would say you get what you pay for, but who would pay for this? The next printer up that does borderless costs three times what I paid for this, so I really don't know what to do. Incredibly disappointed.

So, if you only wish to print with wifi from you laptop, ipad or phone this is the printer for you. I nursed my old HP all-in-one printer along for years. I used it through three laptop computers and a desktop. When it finally wouldn't work any longer I found this HP model that is a similar size. Why didn't I get a new one sooner???
