Out of box and informs me there's a paperjam. There's literally no paper in it. Open and inspected - clear. Did the troubleshooting off the HP site - fail. I'm going to have my dog take a dump on it then send it to HP. what a waste of my time buying this thing.

THIS PRINTER IS ALSO SLOW - TAKES SEVERAL MINUTES TO PRINT ONE PAGE. WHEN MY OLD HP PRINTER WAS NEW, IT WOULD PRINT IN SECONDS.

Installed printer 1/17/2022. Returned printer to Best Buy 1/27/2022. Ran out of ink within in a couple of days. All indicators said that the ink supply was okay. It also kept going offline when not in use. Cancelled my account with HP 1/26/2022 but for some reason still received ink 2/1/2022 for a printer that has been out of operation since at least 1/27/2022. On 1/28/2022 purchased a new printer, different brand, thru Best Buy. So far no issues. Thank you for your time.
