Problems with printing. Very delayed.

Using this is not as simple as press print and your job comes out. The print quality is excellent but the delay to get it to print is terrible. If I could return it, I would, but I paid so much in purchasing ink that I will keep it and use my older Epson for day use and this one for print jobs that I don’t need immediately, but need a good quality print. Technically, this was not a good purchase and waste of 250 dollars.

But Scanned lots of things - that works well. Just different from old HP, time to learn the "new" programming.

For some reason it keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth and I have to power cycle it to get it connect back. Otherwise it functions well. No issues.

Do yourself a favor and just buy your printer from the actual HP store. I had to get two printers sent and the second printer looked used and it didn’t function properly. I was so over best buy and I contacted HP and told them my situation and they sent me a new printer free of charge and the difference in packaging was crazy. In the end, buy the printer just not here in bestbuy.
