Worst printer ever

But after 12 years, we decided to upgrade. This printer has never printed correctly. I constantly have to unplug and replug in before I can print anything.

Glitchy

It took 3 tries for the HP Smart software to install it and link to my computer. It will randomly go "offline" which can be tricky to fix. With no display screen, it is hard to know what the problem is. Additionally, the past several times I have used it I have had to unplug it, then plug it back in to get it to communicate with my computer. When it works smoothly, though, it is a nice little printer.
