It printed for awhile (scan capabilities were never capable), but then quit. I ended up having to get help from an HP rep in the Philippines, and she was able to get it to print AND scan. The setup process took in excess of 6 hours.

It has been seamless since the minute I powered up. Still a great value, and with many more features. For my small office needs it has been a great asset.

As a student in college, I use this printer in some way every single day. The fact that you can get an "all in one" printer of this quality is astonishing! There are many complaints about it falling offline... "did you try turning it off and on again?" It works instantly.
