    This is a basic printer and does a good job. Like the wireless connection. Don’t need a document feeder which makes for a more compact package.

    Probably the worst HP printer I've purchased. It goes offline too often and when I try to get it back online it doesn't respond. I have to unplug it and let it restart to get it to print. The power button doesn't work to turn it on and off unless I unplug it. I wish I could return it but they did a price match and now it says I can't return it.

    Absolutely great image quality when printing, but when scanning it doesnt like to pick up reds correctly- it can seriously wash them out.

    Sometimes printers have tons of needless prompts to get to where you can print. However, this does it just nicely. You can see the printer from any device as long as you are connected to the same network. Printing options are quick and seamless. Very good product. Just a little slow printing.

    Prints documents perfect. Prints pictures on plain paper beautifully. Prints actual photos on HP photo paper in blobs of ink that are unrecognizable! Best Buy sent the printer in it’s original packaging with no extra protection, the box was not too beat up, but was damaged. When I asked Best Buy to exchange it, they told me it was out of stock & would not ship for an entire month, however, on their website it was available for pick up same day within 2 hours! Then, Best Buy was refusing to refund me, eventually they did send a return label but I’m still waiting on a refund. I will be buying an HP printer elsewhere. Very disappointed in Best Buy.

    This printer was well worth the buy! I was in need since another HP printer wasn’t doing the job. I like how sleek this printer looks as well as how it hides the paper underneath. The scan/copy option with the HP app is VERY convenient as well, especially now working from home. Highly recommend!

    The printer works well enough, but the lack of display takes some getting used to; the printer communicates using color and icons on the right of the base. The paper tray is also small, like it is for many consumer-grade printers, which is also not the best. I think that if I do this again I'll buy a printer that has a sheet feeder and display because I would like to scan two-sided sheets, and don't want to have to use the computer to do so.

    This printer has not worked since the first month I have owned it. It requires a connection to the HP Smart software, and it simply has never connected reliably. I am literally going to throw it in the trash and go back to purchasing a CANON printer.

    This product's scanning ability stinks. It takes over 2 minutes to load a scan. And that is IF the scan capability decides to load. At $149 for this unit, I certainly expected more. I doubt I'd ever purchase another HP. I might have to purchase a separate scan unit since the performance of this product is so poor. And since it came from Best Buy, don't think I should return for a 2nd purchase.

    This printer is beautiful and compact all in one and was easy to set up, however the quality of printing photos was awful. Black didn't come out good and always bleed and made pixels therefore I wasted lot of inks. And each time try to print out something it always saying its low on paper even there was lots of papers. I loved the design but performed awful and I returned.

    I'm very satisfied with my new printer. However, I had one issue ant that was when the printer did not turn off. After checking for a solution online, I was able to unplug it for a period of time and plug it in again. Then, it worked. Overall, I'm happy with it.

    This printer is garbage. I always worry on whether it will print or not and more then 90% of the time it doesnt print.if i could get my money back i would in a heart beat.

    Had trouble with my new HP 6000 printer. Had no support or suggestions from your Greek squad. In fact - rude. Thank goodness one of your sales people helped me. All I had to do is unplug it completely and restart. It’s fine now

    We bought this for in home use as well as a small business. We purchased photo paper and printed pictures from our wedding to frame. It’s just as good as getting it printed at a photo place. We have instaink so we get ink automatically sent to us when it’s low. Great product!
