Once we found that the modem was the problem and replaced it, the printer setup went quickly and easily. This is a good looking machine that does a great job as a home printer.

But would recommend for printing essays and making your own stickers

None was in stock so one was to be delivered to my home in 2 days. The new printer actually arrived in one day and was well packaged. The paper has jammed when near the end of the available stack. It also tries to help me automatically which has been annoying. Maybe with use things will improve.

It is capable of scanning, copying and printing in both color and black and white. The printer was super easy to set up, and I encountered no problems. I use this printer with my Windows 10 desktop computer as well as my IPhone XS. The printer is supplied with ink so you don't have to run out and purchase any. During my testing of this printer, I put it through the paces of printing documents as well as some of my favorite photographs. I found printed copies to be crisp and clear with true to life colors all of which having no visible smudges. Printing speed was average as compared to other printers that I have owned and utilized in the past. Pros: ****All-in one printer which copies, scans and prints. ****Fast and easy set up. ****Nice quality color and black and white prints. ****No compatibility problems with my Windows 10 operating system, and my IPhone XS. Cons: **** No automatic feed option. Overall, I am very happy with the printer. It's pretty quiet and handled all of my printing jobs with ease. This is a awesome printer for home use and performed well for its price point. I didn't experience any paper-jams during my daily use. The output quality of this printer is great, with crisp clean prints being the norm. I definitely recommend this printer for your everyday print jobs. I was quite pleased with this product and you should be also!

Had to end up paying $39 to Geek Squad to set up for me. Frustrated because you can't reach a human being to talk to at HP. Since it's been connected by geek Squad i haven't had any issues. I love that i can print from my cell phone. I gave 3 stars due to the difficulty of setting up and the fact that i has to py $39 more to operate this printer.
