    We bought our granddaughter a printer with the help and guidance of an associate. My son spent over six hours trying to set it up. Finally the Best Buy tech told him the printer was a lemon and would never work. It was time wasted and disappointing.

    So far, so good. The printer has been working fine since purchased. I did initially have an issue with it powering down and losing its connection to Wi-Fi, but that issue appears to be resolved.

    Hp makes u pay them a subscription and if you cancel it they actually deactivate the ink inside already in printer. Hp is known for this I have tried few times for the stop charging my account for a subscription on a laptop they have horrible customer

    Printer not working light just runs back and forth. Unplugged it because the on off switch does nothing, plugged it back in and nothing happens, the light just gets brighter and fades. letting set there it finally printed one page

    Defective, not happy with return policy

    Waited to open the box until my dust cover arrived, Best Buy did not have any. I tried setting it up on 2/26. Had a problem, called Best Buy at 5:38 pm. Was told for a charge someone would come. Then transferred to tech support. Returned it on 2/28 and had to take a store credit.

    Don't walk- RUN from this printer

    I was stubborn. I toughed it out with this printer for over a year. I'm not sure if I need therapy because of this printer, or whether sticking with this printer for over a year suggests I need therapy. It is, by far, the most user-unfriendly printer I have ever owned across most of the major providers. The HP Smart app is no help, and thanks to the lack of a menu on the printer, your only choice for operating it. The 'gimmick' of colored lights instead of a legit text display is, in my opinion, the single worst user interface since the advent of dot-matrix printing in the 1980's. To date my family and I have not had ONE print job that didn't require multiple attempts to submit the document, or in some cases having to reboot the printer for the app to recognize it, or (and this is my motivation for writing this review a year later) having the printer go to 'sleep', and having to unplug it to get it active again. Please, in my opinion, do yourself a favor and avoid this printer at all costs. Therapy sessions with a licensed psychiatrist are expensive.

    The printer showed up, and at first, setup was going great. Until during the printing of the test sheet, it stopped working, and after multiple days and around 8+ hours of being on the phone with both HP & Apple support, the end result was HP telling me that the printer was just malfunctioning, and that the only option was to return it, even though it had been ordered brand new. After this, I would never purchase another HP printer again. I now have to deal with returning it and replacing the printer, when the reason I had it shipped was to have it arrive safely at my house, so as to avoid a public outing.

    Keeps on crashing. Error printing all the time. I have to unplug it all the time. Followed the steps given by HP to fix it but nothing happened. Still the same.

    Such a complicated setup using the cell phone. My old Epson was so much easier. After it was all set up, an email wanting most of it again. I prefer a plug from the printer to my computer without even using WIFI. Hoping the printer will not be a problem. That seems OK so far. Just finished setup so hopefully that was the hardest part.
