I've had this printer for a while now and wish i could return it. It NEVER works properly and i usually have to unplug and replug it back in to get it to work. The app is terrible, everything about this printer is just terrible I'll never buy an hp again. Never wants to connect even though it is connected, always some kind of problem trying to print so don't even bother if you're in a hurry!

We were told when we purchased it that all we had to do was plug it in and follow the instructions online. My husband spent 3 days and a total of 8 hours with a highly qualified tech guy from his office and they could not get it to work. We had to drive an hour to pick it up when we bought it and then another hour to return it, only to find out that there was very little choice of printers in stock unless we wanted to pay several hundred dollars for one. In the end, we went to Walmart and got a Cannon printer for $38 that works like a dream.
