Poor instructions and challenging setup

I know HP is not a top tier brand and it must be partially due to the resources they allocate to their writing team. The trouble-shooting is a complete joke, so I was only able to complete installation after talking to an HP rep via phone. Note: You cannot use this printer with a shared wi-fi (like in a apartment building) so you will have to switch your wi-fi connection every time you want to print which is a huge pain. This is the first and last HP device I will be purchasing due to the fact I spent about 3 hours cumulative on troubleshooting the setup. I am very comfortable with tech device setups, and this could have been painless were it not for HPs severe inadequacy in troubleshooting and instructions. Please do yourself a favor and go with another brand.

When it prints, the pictures are dull and not crisp. But that's when it prints. Usually it doesn't. The appeal of this printer is that you can print something directly from your phone. However, I would say 8 times out of 10 it is "Unavailable" and I have to unplug it and plug it back in before it works. This printer is cheap. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra dollars and get a better printer than this one.
