    My phone and computer can’t operate printer consistently though all are on same WiFi connection.

    I have been using Only after 2 months with less than 100 papers and then it is not working…

    Does not print Apple photos shot in portrait mode

    I signed up for Instant Ink. Everything was working well until I tried to print a picture shot on an iPhone in portrait mode. The printer completely froze. After a few factory resets and a few frustrating hours, I tried to print a normal picture. It worked fine. Then tried to print the picture shot in portrait mode and it would not work. I’m not sure if it’s the printer or the Instant Ink service. Regardless, what a waste of time!

    Started having issues within the first month. Printer would freeze require me to unplug it to get it to work again. Now it won’t connect to my computer even though everything says it’s ready to print. Has said multiple times that the paper was low and needed attention when there was paper in it.
