    Is it too late to return?

    Not worth the headache. Still have the box. Looking to return. Set up instructions are limited. You have to print the directions. Within the first week it jammed multiple times. Ran out of ink (spent $70 for black and color). Oh and if there is a fault, it has dummy lights letting you play the guessing game (how do you print directions if it’s not printing....).

    Do Not Buy This Printer

    I am super disappointed with this printer, it does not print for me without extreme difficulty. This printer has printed easily for me maybe three times and I have had it for several months at this point. I have troubleshot it, I have done everything I can think of to fix this thing and the only thing that I am told is that it is a software issue and can not be fixed. My printer arrived with dog hair in the box and a bit scratched up but I thought nothing of it and blamed it on shipping. I should have returned it immediately for a new one, I am now wondering if I got somebody else's printer that was previously used. Very upsetting, I needed this printer for many things and now I am left with a printer that does nothing except take up space on my table.

    Problem with paper constantly jammed or displaying incorrectly "empty". Very slow printing as well slow connectivity with orders. Very disappointed. Unfortunately I connected to my computer while after purchase and cannot return any more. Waste of my time and money.

    This printer never made it through the setup. It jammed attempting to print the alignment test page, never successfully fed a page completely through, and never printed anything in multiple attempts at the alignment page and photocopy. I spent 30+ minutes with HP tech support trouble shooting it but no better.

    I would leave it without any stars but gotta add one so I can post my review. Hate this printer!!! It's been giving me issues since I first set it up!!! It won't stay connected to my Wi-Fi, the power button doesn't even work sometimes. I've even called tech support about it all! He said he fixed it....yeah for a fat minute! I am going to take it back and get a different one or if nothing else in my price range just try a whole new one! I hate it , I have wasted soon much time trying to fix it every few days. I ain't got time for this! I miss my old one that worked perfect for 6 yrs but finally quit scanning.
