Doesn't work

Called HP and was told tech asst. would cost me even though I had only had the printer for 3 weeks. Called Best Buy and assistance was minimal at best.

The ENVY 6055e is easy to use, once you set it up in your home or office network. I previously used an HP 6500 inkjet photo printer and this a welcome step back to something simpler to use.

printing is too small

New printer for Christmas

I just received it as a Christmas gift so I am still getting to know it but so far it is great. I was able to print from my iphone with ease. Still wondering if I should just leave it on or turn off after use. It does go into sleep mode but no instructions regarding which option is best. The instructions were mostly about the set up which was easy but not so much about the usage after. I'm sure I will figure it out. Free ink for 6 months is nice too
