Good printer, but poor software equals intermittent dropping of wireless printing connection. This machine is located 8 feet from an Orbi mesh wifi router. It routinely works for a few days then overnight randomly drops the wireless printing link. At that point -- as the print window shows the bar endlessly going back and forth, I must >> .... un-plug it .... wait .... re-plug it .... wait while it re-connects. .... then, finally, it will print. Despite repeated time-consuming calls to HP no software up-date was available, so the disconnect-reboot work around is what I do. I am beyond BB's "Return" window ..... I had some travel and then I should not have used time uselessly, repeatedly talking with HP. The cryptic, multi-colored-light, control pad is simply another silly irritant / feature. I have it set for wireless printing from the iMac and and iPhone. Once set-up and connected it prints fine, even with the IPhone one floor below. It will do scanning and copies. I fits nicely on an office shelf. and has a very clean design. I print 300 to 400 pages a month. If it would just stay connected overnight I would rate it much higher, despite the silly control pad.

Bought this to replace an older printer. So far I really like it. It can print on 2 sides of the paper which saves paper. It prints quietly and quickly. Haven’t used all the features yet like copying and scanning. Nice printer at a reasonable price.

Great value for a college student. Easy to connect.

I love the sleek look of it but haven’t learned how to use it. I copy documents that look great but can’t seem to print the items I want so will have to review the documents that came with it, I’m 80 years old so don’t have patience anymore.

Great printer! Was easy to set up & it prints very well. I also like the little chime it makes when it's done printing. It's been working fine so no complaints.

I'm fairly tech knowledgeable, but this printer is not user friendly. Wirelessly it's not bad when printing from my phone. Print quality is good. My somewhat older computer has trouble communicating with it. I absolutely hate that I had to sign up for HP ink replenishment. I probably print five pages a month so I really don't need that. I have read that if you put in a brand other than HP ink, it will stop working. It must be connected to the internet or it will not work. There's no way to connect the printer directly to the computer because there is no USB port. I've been totally aggravated with this printer and had I known all these conditions I never would have bought it.

It works, finally. Some problem setting it up. It is USB oriented until you set WIFI. Cost an extra $100 to get a GEEK to do that. He bypassed it when I couldn't. Not to pleased with that action.

Easy to use, does the job. Happy that it has a screen to select jobs from. Retiret a previous unit because it lacked one.

Great printer. Quick. Clean and crisp pictures and papers

I’m giving 2 stars cause at first this printer was exactly what I wanted- basically plug and play. Super easy set up and convenient for the occasional printing job. I’ve had this printer for over a year and it is the WORST performing printer I’ve ever experienced. First paper gets jammed after maybe every 5 pages- I try and use this a lot for crafting and pages are hit and miss as far as alignment goes- and yes I’ve aligned a many a time. The design of how this printer feeds paper is flawed- it doesn’t pull evenly that’s if it even pulls at all. I’ve double checked the belts the confirm there’s no debris blocking and nothing. If it’s humid the printer won’t even bother picking up the paper- I’m so over this printer and looking for a new one. If you don’t mind only getting maybe 20% actual accurate printing and constant checking for issues then yup this is a good printer.
