Good quality and easy to use Very good *Would Recommend

This printer is easy to use and very efficient. The design is very attractive.

Needed Wifi home printer/scanner for occasional use plus high school student's virtual school needs that wasn't $200+ or large size. Using almost 1 month and happy so far. Have an HP laptop but can print from our iphones and MacBook. Easy set up thru app but still would like a screen/display of some sort on the printer itself. Good quality document printing, haven't printed photos on photo paper yet. Did sign up for the Instant Ink program - will see if it's cost effective but ink cartridges are not outrageously priced and can cancel program anytime. Wish it came in black to be unobtrusive.

Works great, easy to use. Only thing was not a manual with it. Have to use google to figure out Wi-Fi connection when power goes out.

Second Envy6055. Set up was easy and printing/scanning works well. Set up for several network computers with ease.

Nice printer for the money. Prints well and I like the double sided printing capability. Used wirelessly with my desktop PC using Windows 7 but it works okay with my wife's ipad too. Got an error at the end of the installation process but it seems to work okay. I miss a LCD display. This printer uses different color lights to denote conditions. Blue-white light on all the time in ready mode. I wonder how long before it burns out, and then what? Gives low paper warning with still 25 sheets in tray. Frequently loses communication with my PC. Suppose to be able to cut the printer off and back on to re-connect but pressing the power button does not cut it off. Have to unplug it and then re-plug. Annoying.

Wireless didn't work on my computer, but after I hard wired it, it works great. Too bad the instructions don't tell you that you have that option. I just lucked up and discovered the possibility. No thanks to HP.

We bought this printer for our 94 y/o mom. We needed something simple and easy to use from both a printing and copying perspective. This fit the bill. The ONLY drawback is that the power button is a little difficult to find and hard to know if you've hit it or not - for someone her age. I do recommend!

Simple, Straightforward setup, does the job. With Instant Ink, don't have to run to the store to get ink, its very quiet.

This was a great up grade for my son. His last one didn’t give him all the warning lights and sound. He enjoys it so far so good just wish it had more instructions. The set up was pretty easy.

I had replaced my old HP printer with this one. The set-up process was very easy (the app walks you through all the steps), which is really nice! The print quality is good. The speed could be a little faster, but it is sufficient for my printing needs. Aesthetically, the printer looks good on my desk (not too big). The HP app is a great companion feature. I can do print jobs from my computer or from my iPhone and iPad. Overall, I am glad I purchased this printer. I would have rated it 5 stars except for a couple of things. First, I wish I could increase the amount of paper in the paper tray. Second, I wish the ink cartridges could be larger (I do not print enough to be on their automatic ink replacement program).

Bought to replaced old printer setup was easy works well. Definitely intersting that new printer was less than replacement cartridges for old printer. When I purchased new cartridges for what turned out to be broken printer, customer service would noy give me refund because I had opened box. However the computer section applied refund to printer cost. Thanks

the perfect printer! we wanted something easy when our other model printer wasnt working anymore. something inexpensive and basic, prints, copies , easy to use for 2 people not really interested in electronics but in this day and age forced to use them. pefect copies, easy to install, perfect printing from computer, seems very quiet. very happy
