Love the printer and the price point. I use for everyday personal use.

We purchased this item after purchasing another brand and printer from Walmart and it never worked. It cost about twice as much and we never printed a single page. Purchased this printer and it’s was easy to set up, prints very nice and a lot of features for the price. Ordered very easily online and quick shipping.

I've noticed if I print a pdf. I need to go in settings and change the printer settings, then when I print a jpeg I need to reverse. So far have not seen anything in directions for fixing this....but then I've been busy and haven't really investigated.

I had some trouble setting this printer up. I am still not sure what the problem was, but support stayed on the phone with me until we got it working. This is the first wireless printer I have used and I am very pleased with it.

Best Buy performance was great - delivered on time and in good condition. HP performance was terrible. To make printer operate you need to download "HP Smart" which would seem simple enough but HP doesn't let you download it from HP. When you try to download it you find yourself at the MIcrosoft Store having to enter a PIN which I don't have. Trying to get a PIN or any other way to download the drivers proved to be a nightmare but finally I did get HP Smart and the printer seems to be running OK. I fine it incredible that HP doesn't make it easy to get their free software required to run their products directly and easily from them.

Compact and unusually versatile. Can print to it from my phone half-a-world away.

First time owning a wireless printer and it's a great tool to have.

For me, setting up was difficult. After I found the secondary method, I was able to complete it, though it took me all evening. Running it is fine, now that it is set up.

Setup was a breeze with the HP smart app. The HP - ENVY 6055e Wireless Inkjet printer was the perfect size for my home office. The installation on my Windows computer took a few minutes. Then setting it up on my wifi with a static IP address took a few minutes, but it worked. I've printed a documents, and so far no blurry lines or anything. I will test it with photos hopefully soon.

Easy-to-use and great space saver combing the printer and scanner!

Easy set up. Only printed once before the factory ink cartridge had some sort of problem. Even though it's the color cartridge, it won't even let you print black and white. Seems to have no problem printing HP alignment pages in color over and over again. Disappointed that I have to waste money buying another cartridge when I've only printed two black and white pages with the cartridge that came with the printer.

I really love my new printer. It was fairly easy to install.

Constantly disconnects from the computer, "printer cannot be found" so I have to unplug it and plug it back in, what a nuisance, it should just work all the time. Save yourself the headache and buy something else.

I bought a canon printer and could never get it to connect to my iMac computer. HP printer no issues at all, easily connected to my apple products.
