    This printer refuses to connect to my wireless internet. I cannot simply just print something off because it will always disconnect to the internet. I'm always having issues with it and the printing isnt that good of a job. I dont print much but its not that good quality. I would recommend something else. NOT HP

    The HP Envy 6055e works great. Print quality is good; does everything I need like scanning, double side printing. I've always used the HP printers & have been pleased with them.

    Bought 2 of these and probably the worst tech purchases I've made in a long time. Constantly disconnect from the internet and have spent hours on the phone with HP Support trying to get them back online; a nightmare. Reloading drivers, IP addresses, huge workarounds. This printer sucks and the HP APP is TERRIBLE. Spend your money on something else.

    It's a very basic printer. I don't like the fact that you have to do everything from an app. There are no buttons on the actual printer for printing, scanning, etc. If my internet goes down, which it does too often, I can't use it. I also get a "printer not available" message a lot.

    HP Printers - Beware

    This will be the last HP device I own. It works, sometimes. Usually not. The toner is good for 10 pages at most. I bought one single pack of paper in 2021 that I am half way thru, but I have bought toner 4 times. The print quality is also terrible.

    Worst printer I've ever owned! I've had nothing but problems with this. It won't stay connected to my network and it's one error after another. HP Smart is just as horrible. It won't recognize there is a problem. With no screen on the unit, it's anyone's guess as to what the problem is. Buyer beware is all l can advise

    Printer is easy to setup and use. Has its own app for your phone and computer, with easy to use user interface. The problem is that you cant use the printer without a monthly subscription. I didnt catch on until after the trial was over that the printer was a glorified paper storage.

    Royal pain

    Does a good job when it wants to, just never know when that is. often states printing complete when there is nothing there. sometimes by turning it off and on it will be okay for a while. On 12/26/2021 it decided to stop entirely. Tried online solutions but so far nothing. have smart friend coming tomorrow to help before I go to drastic solutions.

    DO NOT BUY I had to buy this printer for school and i have ran into issue after issue. You HAVE to be subscribed to their Instant Ink to use your printer and if you unsubscribe you are unable to use the ink that they send you when you get signed up with the printer. The UI for finding anything is absolute *BUTT* and it is so hard to find any answers to your questions. I printed a lot of papers for school and was charged $60 for just using the printer for its intended use. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!!!!!!!!!!!! Get literally any other brand. HP SUCKS!!!!! The only way to use the printer without the subscription is to buy the ink separately from the instant ink completely. I hate this printer but I'm too poor to trash it and buy another.

    i am disapointed in the quality of this printer.if not used everydayit goes offline and it is a pain in the butt to get it to print .i have had to uninstall it twice then reinstal it to get it to work.previous hp printers have been trouble free until they die.

    The printer works well since Chapman from your Geek Squad installed and instructed me on how to use. His help was way above the regular installation. I am WAY ABOVE being a happy customer

    Wow, an app sets this up! And if you are still at a loss, HP's customer service will assist you. Plus, with this order, you will receive via mail one black and one colored ink each for 6 months.

    Trying to make peace with this printer

    I am TRYING to make peace with this printer, but it's not making it easy. My old HP stopped working after many years, so I replaced it with this Envy. It printed intermittently until I put a cord on it to connect it to my computer; and it continued to print intermittently. More recently it's been behaving itself. I often have to unplug it to get it to work, or stop doing something. Just now it started blinking orange at me, but stopped after I unplugged it AGAIN! Can I recommend it? I don't know. If it starts to behave more consistently, maybe...

    Decent printer. I like the HP “Instant Ink” feature. But this printer has no means of enlarging or reducing the size of photos, nor any way to intensify, or reduce their intensity of the print. I’m very disappointed in that. I basically blame myself for not reading the specifications of the item before buying.

    Wish the light did not stay on all the time. Would like more space underneath drawer so things could be on the desk and not have to be moved when making copies or adding more paper to printer. Would like to be able to enlarge print to be easier to read copies.
