    On/Off Switch in back.

    Good printer. Only thing that's not so good is that the on off switch is on the back. Very inconvenient to turn on and off. All printers that I ever had in the more than 25 years of using home printers always had on/off in fron.

    The worst printer I have ever owned. Do not purchase unless you like pain and frustration of not being able to print. First, there is nothing intuitive about this printer. There is no error message informing you what the problem is. All you get is a flashing light. Second, paper jams are a common occurrence. Currently I haven't been able to print for a couple of days because of paper jamming. Third, the device just stops connecting to the device. It will be running fine and then for no apparent reason won't respond. The only fix I can find is to unplug the device and resetting the system. In short: The worst printer ever

    Good print not user friendly

    Just not as user friendly as previous wireless. Print is fine but I want seamless /easy print process & this is not it. Even set up was more tedious

    Don't get HP+ If you do and decide to cancel, you will be required to have internet access to ever use the printer again. In my case I have rocky wifi and I can never print unless I have a stable connection according to HP support, EVEN with the original USB cable.

    Unreliable Will Not Stay Online

    This is the worst piece of tech gear I have ever bought. It works well when it works, but it will not stay online. Every time I try to use it I must go thru a multi-step setup routine as if it were new, and that only works intermittently. The HP online service support is worthless. The problem is widespread, they have to know there is an issue but they provide no fix that works. I am DONE with HP.

    Do not be fooled by positive reviews. This printer is a joke. It rarely connects via WiFi, often causing you to reestablish the router connection and reinstalling the app. There is no touch screen, it requires the use of the app only. But if the app does not find the printer, nothing works. This is a constant problem. There is no tech support available. It's a virtual chat bot that does not address this issue. Save yourself the money.

    From the time I purchased this printer in 2021 , it has been nothing but problems for me. I have really good internet connection however it always goes offline and always need resetting. Very inconviniencing when I need a print job ASAP

    Press on the BAD REVIEWS TO SEE WHAT I & OTHERS HAVE EXPERIENCED! Fails to connect to WORKING WIFI! NO SCREEN to Read what Colored Icons Mean. Colored Buttons & Sounds, But No Idea what they mean!!! Does Not Print. Does Not Physically Connect to HP Laptop so Wireless is Only way to Print. But does not necessary print from Laptop. Unable to Wirelessly Print from Smartphone! Purchased 2 boxes of appropropriate Best Buy Ink but last Purchase of Ink Cartridges displayed No New Ink. HP is Not going to get me into an Ink Subscription that I cannot get out of. I intended to use This HP Envy 2000 Series Printer INFREQUENTLY. Printer so Bad/ Seldom Prints when Needed, SO IT'S BEEN USELESS!

    Do NOT Buy this Printer or sign up for Instant Ink

    Do NOT buy this printer! It is badly designed and the one I bought was defective. The set-up instructions were hard to use, and do not tell you what is really going on: that you will be monitored, 24/7. I wasted two days trying to make it work. The HP Smart App is actually very stupid and gave me the wrong error messages. WARNING! Above all, do NOT sign up for "Instant Ink". It is a scam designed to make more money for HP. To use it, you have to keep your printer ON at ALL TIMES, day and night. That wastes electricity and lights up a room you may prefer to keep dark. If you do install the app onto your cell phone, it tracks EVERY PAGE you print. Like the stalker song by Sting, who warns that with "Every Breath You Take, he will watch "Every Move You Make", HP turns that threat into "Every Page You Make". Scary stuff. Just Say NO! I did.

    Complete junk. First one wasn’t working was showing error no matter what I did also it had a dent like it was hit or returned by someone. I asked for a replacement the replacement wouldn’t even turn on when plugged in. Now I am stuck with two junky printers that don’t work and I am out of the ridiculous return window of Best Buy. Stay away!!!!
