As a new computer user, it was easy to learn and use. I had trouble when I attempted to scan, but the instructions were easy to follow, and the problem was resolved. I am looking forward to learning more of the printer's capabilities, and what it can do to serve me.

This printer is pretty good for the cost prints look good enough i've tried a few pics as well as stickers all came out nice color looks decent so i'm happy with it.

Replaced an old (7 years) hp printer that had stopped grabbing paper. This model is efficient and printouts are of good quality. The control panel is a bit confusing at first but I’ve learned.

I was able to get the printer running and printing with a minimum of effort. Having to use the mobile app on my phone was cumbersome. I prefer a user manual. The print quality is good, i have not used the machine enough to give a full review at this time.

I purchased this printer online for my home office. I didn’t realize I bought a wireless but to my amazement, it was easy to setup. It meets my needs. The copies are satisfactory. What I love most about this printer is I don’t have to be right next to it make a copy; I can actually be a few feet away.

Seems to be good. Printed 2 pages on it and then it wouldn't print the additional 2 pages. Had to unplug it and start over. Not sure why. But seems to be OK now.

I purchased my new HP printer about a month ago. I chose HP because I had been using an HP-ENVY 4500 and was very satisfied with support from HP in the past. This new printer is now in service, and I am quite pleased with it. However, I must tell you that that achieving this current level of performance required THREE phone calls to HP-Support! The printer was not equipped with the correct ink cartridges, and would not print! That error was picked up right away by HP, and was promptly corrected, but it still would not print! Another phone call to HP, and then a third call before the printer would print. The HP tech asked me how much paper I had in the paper tray, and my answer was "about four or five sheets". He instructed me to put in at least ten or twelve sheets of paper, which I did, and I was finally able to print a page with this new printer! This whole experience took about three weeks of communication back and forth with HP Support. I like this printer, but I owe a big "Thank You" to the techs at HP for all the trouble-shooting.
