we really like this printer. It was at a great price and cery easy to use.

This printer meets our needs as a micro business very well. We moved to a smaller space and traded in our large Epson or this compact model. The one feature we needed was automatic duplexing. Not having a document feeder for the scanner works just fine for us. The only downside is the complexity of navigating the use of Instant Ink offer, which is complex and made it hard for us to share the printer on our network. But, the Instant Ink provides a super savings on toner.

So far its doing the job good compact printer. Prints at a good speed.

Had trouble bringing my printer on to stream with my system. Even with much help from the Geek Squad, I could not get the printer to work. I bought a different printer and I finally got that one to successfully run.

I am by no means a tech guru but this printer was easy to setup and use wirelessly. It works well with my IPhone and allowed me to print forms that I needed from other apps on my phone.

Only had this for a month so I cannot speak to the quality / durability. However, it's simple enough to scan using the HP app. It prints as expected. I expect all printers to usually die within 2-3 years, so we'll see how this goes!

Pretty good for the money. I did have a hard time setting it up at first. The initial installation didn’t work and I had to figure out how to get it to run it again which took hours. But for the price it prints great.

It's such a huge relief to be able to print, sign, and scan back the usual paperwork that needs to be done! I don't have to go to a print service every time there's a need to sign something and send it back. It does all the three jobs it's supposed to do very well: copying, printing, and scanning. The scanning quality is really good, and it scans up to 600 dpi, which is more than enough for day-to-day uses. Also, the printer is really efficient in my opinion in using the cartridges, and it reaches the advertised rates of papers per cartridge. It came with a free 2-month subscription to HP smart ink, and HP sent me a pack of two inks (color and B&W) after printing a few papers. Overall, it's totally worth the price of the unit!

Definitely would purchase this printer again. Easy to use and print quality good.

Free ink if you allow "cookies" I don't want cookies in my computer!!! Its all about selling ink from HP !! My last printer from HP lasted 18 years. I hope this one will do as well. Great printing !
