Stopped working after a few uses

We even called IT support and were on the phone for hours, but it never got fixed. No idea what is wrong with it.

Overall, a great basic printer!

At first, we did encounter some set up issues, but after several phone calls and a bit of time, we were able to get it working smoothly 95% of the time. It still occasionally has to be shut off and restarted to get it working, but overall, great basic printer!
