I'm very happy with my new printer. It was easy to set up after looking the directions up on line. The print is clear. I like the sleek design. I was disappointed that it was delivered in the actual printer box and left on my step. I was home at the time but no one knocked. It could have been easily stolen.

I've had this printer for almost a year now and it has worked well for me. The downloadable software is easy to install and use. I love that I can print to it wirelessly from any computer on my network. I've scanned a lot of family photos and keepsakes and the scans are good quality. The print quality is decent. The print quality is good and colors are bright. The only things I've noticed is that if you go a long time without printing, the ink may dry out and not work (even though there should still be plenty left). Then you'll have to replace the cartridge. So be sure to print a page every so often to keep this from happening. Also I wanted to sign up for the automatic ink delivery service, but I've not been successful at that through their software. This is fine as I can just order more ink online, but I think you might get a better deal through their ink program.

Not too happy.Wish I had not bought the wireless option.

It took a long time and many attempts for the printer to pair with my mac desktop. Now I won’t turn the printer off.

Very quick and easy setup which was nice. Haven’t had many issues, all of which were easy to resolve.

Hooked the printer up yesterday and everything is working great. Really like the print quality so far.

This printer serves my needs (which are minimal) for a home printer. It was reasonably priced and comes with 6 months of free ink refills. I will most likely stop the free ink promotion at the 5 month time as I will probably not need that much ink , (as I commented that my needs are minimal.)

I am really enjoying this printer. It is easy to set up for wi-fi printing. And it's easy to put the ink cartridges and paper in for it to print.

easy setup and works great over wifi. Print looks great and for the money it's worth it. Not a work horse but for home use it will get the job done

I’ve never owned a Wi-Fi printer before, and this one takes the cake. Setup is easy, print jobs are fast and high quality, and Wi-Fi never drops. It’s also easy to scan documents and fax items from the app.

The printer works just fine. But HP’s insistence that your sign up for Ink+ and overall registration while trying to set it up is way over the top. Example: If you agree to the Ink+, you will NEVER be able to use 3rd-party ink cartridges in it. Period. If you cancel, you still can’t use 3rd-party ink. Plus, you are REQUIRED to use the “set-up” cartridges in the box just to get it to work. The set-up app you are required to use is a nightmare as well. The amount of pages you print are metered as well. Too much “Big Brother” from HP who only see you as the product to extract more money from.

This printer has been the best one that I had it’s quiet and prints fast and easy to function, even they the shop with iso, I high recommend it.

The printer looks awesome and the print work great. And the quadruple function is just what I was looking for.

The printer is reliable and works very well when ink is updated. It is nice that HP keeps track of the ink and provided cartridges when needed.
