I got tired of paying upwards of $50 to replace them more frequently than I would have liked, so I bought a different printer.

Needed a new printer

I like that I can print from my phone and computer. I just have problems getting things to print. I think it is a user problem rather than an issue with the product. It doesn't take up a lot of space which is important.

Instruction panel requires looking in operations pamphlet or facsimile when using varying features. Delivery was fine and hp service was sine qua non help getting hooked up with older MacBook Air. Without hp help, would have had to return printer or buy a much newer computer.

So Far Its Ok for Technically Challenged

She only wanted connection via her cell phone or tablet and not a PC. BB salesman highly recommended this model over two similar brands. Setup was a #itch because of her older phone and needing to use two apps to actually print. Got it done just took an excessive amount if time and patience.
