HORRIBLE HP SUPPORT REFUSE TO FIX ISSUES

The printer is not the problem it’s the support from HP and my attempts to get ink for this printer. To begin with because I have owned other HP printers the app that you have to register your printer to get the ink replacement would not initially recognize the new printer. It simply went downhill from there. I contacted HP support on three different occasions and they were in capable of clearing the problem. The bottom line is I have not had use of this printer for the last 2.5 moths and ho has repeatedly failed to help or resolve the issue, as a matter of fact they’ve just wash their hands of it so now I have a printer that doesn’t work at all and I can’t believe it but I’m actually looking at buying a new printer so that I have one that works and throwing this one in the trash. Please do not buy this printer the support from HP is terrible it’s nothing wrong with the printer it’s their program which is not allowing me to get this printer online so the wireless aspect of it is useless.
