This is just what I wanted. I was so tired of trying to work with a complicated printer. Love this printer for several reasons. The print quality is excellent, the ink is easy to install and much cheaper than I expected. I recommend it highly for those who value quality print in a more simple way to operate. Would definitely buy it again.

Prints great… just don’t like the menu board too much and seems like ink doesn’t last too long

Really had a hard time trying to set this up I don’t have Wi-Fi so trying to do it off my phone had to do updates on my phone to add the app the wanted finally got it to work seems to be a very good printer setting it up was quite hard

This printer was horrible. Never could get it to connect to our wireless. Customer support was no help at all. Ended up returning it. Do not buy this printer.

It was easy to setup and i absolutely love the wireless printing; it has a good range to send jobs to the printer from different rooms!

This printer was fairly easy to set up with HP online. It prints nice documents with good color. I have had diffuculty with acans and the troubleshooting process is not straight forward. All in all a goid choice.

Walking into Best Buy that day I had no idea what kind of printer I needed a young man who said he didn’t even work in that department was able to help me very nice. I had a lot of information. It’s a perfect size that I needed easy set up. I’m 60 years old and not very good with my phone and my iPad that I was able to set them both out to it to print from. It’s been a lot of fun, I don’t know why I waited so long to get one

Inexpensive home printer for casual use. Easy to add paper and once properly installed easy to use. Highly recommended for home use.

Sometimes loses the WiFi connection but for the most part works well enough. Quickly prints although I haven’t used it enough to comment about ink replacement. The fact it doesn’t have a menu and relies on the mobile app is annoying, though.

Easier set-up then my previous HP. Takes up less space. Prints quickly and product looks good.

Here are the things I look for in a printer: -print quality -speed -connectivity Print quality is great Speed is not bad Connectivity is an issue. And this is definitely a biggie. For the past couple of weeks of owning this printer I have had connectivity issues. This really affects the convenience. I want to be able to print when I want to and efficiently--not after messing with the printer 10-15 mins. Hopefully, (after the last time I fix it) I won't run into connection troubles anymore. I still recommend it as a buy.
