Love the mobile capability! Easy setup. I don’t print much, but nice to have for kids school documents, medical documents, tax, etc.

Good printer easy use! Not to complicated to set up

After 2 years still works like new no problem what so ever I don’t regret the purchase one bit, I will say it’s does go thru ink pretty fast so I suggest getting the XL cartridges

My printer is easy to use and so convenient. I love having it in my house.

Great copier but at times it has issues connecting to devices via wifi. The app is just non existent when trying to change paper size, B/W or color printing also unable to change printing size from the standard 8x10 platform. I'd like to a print index size paper.

So far so good. Have scanned several things with my phone and printed them and all came out excellent. Actually better than I thought it would have.

Misunderstood the ink offer. I didn’t think you had to buy ink to get the 3 months. Thought it would come with printer. Overall rating on quality of printed material.

This is the little engine that could. The only feature missing that others at twice the cost have is a monitor to show the functions. It does everything a much more expensive device does.

I bought this new printer in April to replace my previous 6000 series HP printer that was giving me issues - wouldn’t stay online. I have the same issues I had with my previous printer - it falls offline and I have to mess with it to print something. But this is on me - I should have known better. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over, expecting a different result. And the most frustrating thing about this is that I waste my money on Geek Squad, Total Tech or whatever Best Buy is calling it now. They’re no longer able to assist in getting the printer online. I had to contact a different tech service!!?? Hence - Best Buy has left me no choice - I will no longer waste money on the worthless “Tech Support” and will not purchase from Best Buy in the future. Its a shame because they used to be excellent!

I am very satisfied with this purchase. The printing is very clear and readable. It is fair fast and seems to be dependable.

Worst HP printer I have ever owned. This is the 4th HP printer and it will be my last. I bought it home and it didn't have an instruction manual. I tried using the direct USB port to connect and set up the Wireless and it would stay connected and then drop off the Wireless and I would have to start over. I rebooted my computer and tried another computer and the same thing happened. It would work fine if I only used the USB and not the Wireless but it wasn't purchased for that purpose. It is not my Wireless network because I have multiple phones, tablets, and 5 different computers that have had no issues connecting to my Wireless. I tried all the troubleshooting tools that HP suggested to download but once it fell off my network this printer was unable to be fixed. Their tools also didn't work fixing the printer Wireless when I had the USB connected. I wasn't going to have a printer that I would have to reconfigure every time I tried to use it so I gave up and took it back to Best Buy for a full refund. I won't waste my time with another HP. I reconnected my older HP printer and when it dies I will move on to a competitor's printer.

I have always used HP printers. This printer replaces one that was at least 12 years old. This printer is wonderful and very easy to use.

Easy to understand. Not a lot of complicated instructions to understand

Good Value - easy to set up and use. Color ink, in my case, ran out quickly.

Easy setup and easy to use. No complaints at all! Plus there is a program that automatically sends ink in the mail based on the amount of paper printed.
