Had to call the GEEK SQUAD for help. It took two weeks . I kept trying on my own and finally it started working. Go Figure. Since then has been working just fine.

Depending on internet service and knowing your passwords, set up can be within 15 mins to 30mins. Ive used it for copies, pic print on photo paper. The ink is wet on photo paper so be careful not to smudge. I like the printer for ease of use that I bought another one for a gift. Sleek in design.

Scary but it works fine

My older HP laser would not connect. This fit the bill for a secondary. Slow, but does the job. The free ink is a little scary, never turn the printer off, they monitor your pages printed. Did H P hideaway camera in it?

This one seems much better on ink, the cartridges are not as expensive and they offer a 3 month free ink special. Already got my new cartidges!

I was in search of a somewhat packable "travel sized" printer at anaffordable price.
