Helpful staff, I was a bit harried upon entering the store. I was in search of a somewhat packable "travel sized" printer at anaffordable price. I needed to print some class completion certificates and my current printer bit the dust the night before class ended.

Nice machine but can’t print straight from emails - it comes out very large print If I screen print then it will print on printer

Great small printer and very powerful. I’m still working out the wireless printing but I love it

This is simply a printer without scan or multiply copy abilities. It does its job well, and I'm glad I have it.

Overall, an excellent Printer. However, HP requires you to be connected to the internet to track your usage to urge you to join a subscription payment plan for ink usage.

This printer is perfect for my travel for work needs, it’s simple, sleek and uncomplicated once you get it set up, only problem I had was using WiFi to set it up as i forgot to buy the usb-A cable. Setting the printer up using its WiFi direct feature, hotel WiFi or even my phones WiFi hotspot was pretty much impossible and could not get it to work, so I drove to the store to buy a USB-A Cable to finish the setup, so aside from the setup headache it’s great for every day office printing and basic use. I have yet to us it for photo printing but for basic color and black and white, it’s a great affordable, good looking space conscientious printer.

Honestly Ive been fairly disappointed in the ENVY 6055e Printer. It worked great for about a week and then stopped printing. I took it back to Best Buy and they couldn't get it working either so they switched my printer out for another new one. That printer worked great for a while, but then stopped printing black ink. I called HP and they sent me a new cartridge. Then it stopped printing colored ink. Another phone call and another cartridge sent. It worked well for a brief while and then the color cartridge stopped performing. I need to make another phone call to HP, but I must say I'm tired of the process. It seems like too many problems for one model of printer.
