My old HP 4630 died without warning. I needed a new printer and wanted to stay with HP brand. Overall it's good printer but software doesn't do OCR.

This is an awesome product!! A definite must have for the home or home office!! Very easy to setup and use!!

It isn’t the easiest printer I’ve owned. I have trouble getting it to print but when it prints it’s fine.

This printer replaced an older expensive HP that was not working all the time and used lots of ink. This one seems much better on ink, the cartridges are not as expensive and they offer a 3 month free ink special. Already got my new cartidges!

We purchased this printer after reading its reviews, however, it’s connectivity was extremely disappointing. The initial set up was not a problem, however, the printer would lose its connectivity to our in home network and required, constant unplugging, resetting, and plugging it back in to make it print. This would happen literally every day. We had the Geek Squad come out to look at it and set it back to factory reset and still continued to have the same problems. This piece of junk was returned! Best Buy gave us the same model as a replacement, and the same thing happened again.

Love this printer. Literally pulled from the box and plugged it in. Able to print immediately.

I’d give it no stars if that were an option. This is the worst printer I have ever owned. It was the only printer that Bets Buy sold when I needed a printer that would fit into the space where my old printer was. I have always had HP printers, but I may try to find something else after this. It doesn’t stay connected to my WiFi, my iPad or my iPhone. It rarely wants to print when I want to use it and if I do get it to finally print something it ends up printing out more than one copy when it finally gets to it. Most of the time I am just left taking screenshots of everything that I would have really wanted to print out and keep hard copy of though because it just won’t work. I’ll admit that I’m not a tech savvy person, but these things used to be plug and play. This is definitely NOT.

This is a replacement printer for a previous HP model. Economical and functional. No excessive bells and whistles.

Product is exactly as described. Even without a display on the front it was very simple to setup.

After a week and quite the many pages of printing i can say that overall the Envy 6055 is a great printer to buy, if you are looking for an all-in-one style machine for your home / home office. The setup is super easy and user friendly, replacing the ink literally takes seconds. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is because it wont maintain a wifi connection. I've tried everything, every other device works while this printer i have to restart if its been a day or two since the last use. Otherwise easy to use, my wife is printing from her phone, my daughter prints school stuff from her tablet, i highly recommend this product.
