The HPSmart app really increases the versatility of the printer. The only issue I have had is that the controls are not very easy to use without the app. Still, it was a good value and perfect for the light work load of personal use.

The HP SMART app is my only issue.

I am still having no luck getting the HP Smart app on my laptop to recognize the printer is online. I've hooked it up directly to the printer several times but still not able to have the app work. This printer works great printing from my Lenovo laptop and from my wife HP laptop. The smart app on my phone works great just not on our laptops. Other than this one glitch and some issues during set up its a good looking printer that has done everything I've asked it to do.

Can only see display buttons when they light up for you. Does print well. Is very compact. I do not need for work so it serves the purpose I need for which is minimal printing and copying.
