The HP SMART app is my only issue.

I am still having no luck getting the HP Smart app on my laptop to recognize the printer is online. I've hooked it up directly to the printer several times but still not able to have the app work. This printer works great printing from my Lenovo laptop and from my wife HP laptop. The smart app on my phone works great just not on our laptops. Other than this one glitch and some issues during set up its a good looking printer that has done everything I've asked it to do.

Happy now, but the installation was rough!

He said that he is not sure exactly what was wrong that it didn't do it when I followed the directions from HP and from Apple. Anyway, I am happy with the printer. I had a very difficult time communicating with best buy. I tried on several occasions to reach the "geek squad", but could not get past the automated voice. In the end, I am happy with my printer, and I hope it lasts forever, because the memory of the installation will.

No need to download drivers, HPsoftware does it for you. The printing speed is good. The design is compact and good looking. A good printer for its value. I am highly satisfied.
