There is no more to this than scanning the Pin number to the HP Smart App and you are in business. The only thing that is a little bit of a reach is that because there is no display anymore - resizing or increasing the image size is not done at the device - rather in the app. Scanner bed is nice and there is a blue indicator light on the front right side.

Even so, setting up and operating the printer is clearly explained and easily learned. We are pleased with the print quality and ease of use.

Set up was simple, no issues whatsoever. Printer performs very well for color and black and white printing and photos are good as well. Only real issue is the print rate is a little slow, but, for the price, I can wait a minute or two longer.

Loved it till it stopped working

Didnt use it very much at all and it died in the middle of printing a receipt and wont turn back on. Thought it was the outlet, nope. Unplugged from the back of the printer and plugged back still no power. I loved it until it died out of no where.

The plug in back of the print keeps falling out. I only bought Envy because it was the only hp printer left in the store. All I wanted was a simple hp printer like ones I've used for years, but this envy is far from simple with all its different color lights and buttons that one has to be familiar with and learn to trouble shoot if they don't perform right. No more hps for me.

I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and determine the best course of action. - Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

It might be our Wi-Fi since we have trouble with it. Did not know I can only scan one document at a time. If I can I have not found out yet. I am so use to depending on WiFi to print too. The printer does the job so this might not be a fair review.
